Moonbagz.fun provides a simplified interface for creating and deploying tokens on the Solana blockchain. We charge a fixed launch fee plus any initial liquidity you choose to add. We do not provide trading, custody, or investment services.
2. Fees and payments
The total launch fee is 0.07 SOL, covering token creation, liquidity setup, and the platform fee. Additional liquidity is optional and set by you. All payments are sent directly to the Solana address displayed during checkout. Fees are non-refundable once a deployment has been initiated.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on Moonbagz.fun is financial, legal, or tax advice. Token creation and trading carry significant risk, including total loss of funds. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Moonbagz.fun for fraud, market manipulation, phishing, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these rules.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonbagz.fun and its operator are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, failed transactions, or smart contract issues.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
